Greetings! I'm Elina, a spirited individual hailing from the picturesque landscapes of North Karelia, Finland. My journey in the world of wellness and massage therapy has been quite the adventure.
In 2007, I proudly earned my credentials as a sports massage therapist from the esteemed Sports Institute of Eastern Finland.
My dedication to this craft led me to acquire an official license from Valvira (registration number 50600817089).
My Story
Sonné Salud was created with a clear purpose: to make top-quality home-visit massages accessible to everyone, with a special focus on remote workers. Recognizing the physical and mental strain that comes with remote work, Elina envisioned a service that brings relaxation and wellness directly to your doorstep.
With a deep passion for health and fitness, Elina’s journey into massage therapy is rooted in years of study and hands-on experience. Her expertise spans classic and sports massage, fascial manipulation using the Stecco method, TMJ therapy, Indian head massage, and the rejuvenating Facegroovin’ Kobido massage. She’s also developed her exclusive stress headache treatment, designed to target the unique challenges of modern lifestyles. Additionally, Elina’s knowledge extends to mobility training, mindfulness, pre- and postnatal care, baby massage, and face yoga.
